Who I am

I've been in crypto since 2017, first as a conviction-driven Bitcoin holder through the 2018 bear market, then professionally since 2022. My path through the industry: a first internship at Paris Blockchain Week, then Ledger Enterprise (institutional custody), Kiln (staking and yield infrastructure), and most recently Symbiotic (DeFi collateral infrastructure).

My work spans business development, ecosystem, and go-to-market. I take a partnership from the first bit of research and scoping through the deal itself, then keep it running over time, including through product upgrades and transitions. Most of it has been at early-stage companies, where the product and the market were still being figured out at the same time.

A lot of what I do is translate between technical teams and the market: helping builders understand what counterparties actually need, and helping institutions and partners make sense of complex crypto products. At Symbiotic that ranged from DeFi insurance and onchain credit to capital allocators managing hundreds of millions in deposits.

Content is a big part of how I do BD, too. I've hosted three podcast series, 41 episodes in total, including Symbiotic's Blueprints, which I created and ran myself. Guests included the co-founders of Polygon and Etherfi, the founder of Nexus Mutual, and an Ethereum Foundation protocol co-lead. I've also spoken or moderated at conferences across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Partnerships
Owned partnerships at Symbiotic from first research and contact through deal close, plus early partner research and sales-cycle support at Kiln.
Product and market translation
Comfortable explaining complex crypto products to institutional counterparties, and bringing market feedback back into product decisions.
Content & speaking
Hosted three podcast series (41 episodes) across Kiln and Symbiotic, including Symbiotic Blueprints, which I created; regular panelist and moderator at industry conferences.
Education
Master of Management, specialization in Big Data and Data Analytics, at IE Business School in Madrid.

Where I've worked

Senior Protocol Specialist, Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships

Mar 2025 – May 2026
Symbiotic · DeFi Collateral Infrastructure
Symbiotic is a protocol for collateral infrastructure: a marketplace connecting staked capital with protocols that need economic security or underwriting capacity. I was part of the ecosystem team, in a hybrid role spanning business development, partner research, and go-to-market.
  • Key relationship manager for Symbiotic's network of capital allocators: the funds, risk managers, and vault curators (specialist teams running pooled deposit strategies) whose deposits represented roughly $470M in total value locked. Partners included Gauntlet, Mellow, Renzo, Etherfi, Re7 Capital, and P2P.org. Ran recurring syncs and supported them through product upgrades and transitions.
  • Researched and developed new use-case verticals for the platform, most notably DeFi insurance, owning the full cycle: scoping the opportunity, pitching teams, onboarding them alongside the developer-relations team, and connecting them with capital partners.
  • Primary BD owner of the Nexus Mutual partnership, internally described as the company's most important deal closed at the time. It required months of technical alignment, curator outreach, legal framework development, and competitive positioning. It also marked a major step forward in how the protocol is monetized, becoming the first partnership through which Symbiotic earned revenue directly from the use of its platform.
  • Customer success and GTM support for CAP Protocol, an onchain credit protocol building on Symbiotic with over $280M on the platform, supporting curator relationships and capital formation.
  • Creator and host of the Symbiotic Blueprints podcast (13 episodes), interviewing guests including Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal, Etherfi CEO Mike Silagadze, and Ethereum Foundation protocol co-lead Barnabé Monnot.

Protocol Specialist

Sep 2023 – Mar 2025
Kiln · Institutional Staking & Yield Infrastructure
Kiln is an institutional staking provider. I joined as employee #50 and worked on which protocols Kiln would support next, and how to bring them to market.
  • Owned roadmap prioritization for the Kiln Validators product, informed by my own protocol research, market narratives, and early relationships with emerging teams.
  • Built relationships with emerging protocol teams early, often around new fundraises, to spot potential synergies and feed them into prioritization decisions.
  • Accompanied the sales cycle for every new staking protocol launch, working with customers on staking mechanics, and owned the documentation and staking guides for new assets.
  • Developed deep coverage of emerging staking and crypto yield models across both the Ethereum and Bitcoin ecosystems.
  • Hosted two podcast series: Restaking Rendez-Vous (24 episodes) and BTC Staking Rendez-Vous (4 episodes), with guests including the founders and co-founders of Babylon, Botanix, Hyperlane, AltLayer, and Lagrange.
  • Moderated and spoke at industry side events at ETHCC Brussels and Devcon Bangkok.

From Intern to Business Analyst

Mar 2022 – Sep 2023
Ledger Enterprise · Institutional Digital Asset Custody
Ledger Enterprise is the B2B division of Ledger, serving institutions with digital-asset custody and security. I joined as an intern and held three successive roles.
  • Started in customer success: turning key-account data into insights and helping customer success managers understand technical products.
  • Took on inbound sales (SDR) for all of EMEA in parallel and closed a $50K ARR customer, running the full sales cycle myself. The contract was signed before the senior Sales Director had his first formal meeting with the client.
  • Promoted to full-time Sales Enablement Manager: challenged every customer-facing team on product knowledge, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Moved to Business Analyst on the strategy team: prioritized which new blockchains Ledger Enterprise would integrate, working closely with the Product team.
