I build partnerships for companies in crypto and digital assets. Four years of it, across institutional custody, staking and crypto yield products, and DeFi infrastructure, at Ledger Enterprise, Kiln, and Symbiotic.
I've been in crypto since 2017, first as a conviction-driven Bitcoin holder through the 2018 bear market, then professionally since 2022. My path through the industry: a first internship at Paris Blockchain Week, then Ledger Enterprise (institutional custody), Kiln (staking and yield infrastructure), and most recently Symbiotic (DeFi collateral infrastructure).
My work spans business development, ecosystem, and go-to-market. I take a partnership from the first bit of research and scoping through the deal itself, then keep it running over time, including through product upgrades and transitions. Most of it has been at early-stage companies, where the product and the market were still being figured out at the same time.
A lot of what I do is translate between technical teams and the market: helping builders understand what counterparties actually need, and helping institutions and partners make sense of complex crypto products. At Symbiotic that ranged from DeFi insurance and onchain credit to capital allocators managing hundreds of millions in deposits.
Content is a big part of how I do BD, too. I've hosted three podcast series, 41 episodes in total, including Symbiotic's Blueprints, which I created and ran myself. Guests included the co-founders of Polygon and Etherfi, the founder of Nexus Mutual, and an Ethereum Foundation protocol co-lead. I've also spoken or moderated at conferences across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

I'm currently available for roles in business development, partnerships, and ecosystem work, at crypto-native companies or institutions building in digital assets.
